ANGLOMOIL High Temperature Oven Chain Lubricant is a high performance fluid designed specifically for use in aggressive environments such as drying or continuous industrial process ovens.

Industrial oven chains carry very heavy loads and are engineered to perform at high temperatures.

Industrial oven processes frequently experience temperatures of around 250ºC. Very high temperatures can cause the loss of much of the lubricant, sometimes up to 23% in a very short space of time. This means more frequent application and higher costs.

ANGLOMOIL High Temperature Oven Chain Lubricant was open furnace tested with losses of only 3.1%.

Oven chains need to be lubricated using an application method that gets oil into the links and sliding surfaces where wear takes place. The best application methods are immersion and brush. Generally the least effective method is drip.

ANGLOMOIL High Temperature Oven Chain Lubricant was found to be effective in reducing wear when applied with any of the above methods.

ANGLOMOIL lubricant has high thermal stability, as evidenced by its high flash point (289ºC) and is manufactured using the ester-of- choice for high temperature applications.

Its low carbon forming tendencies will reduce deposit build up and increase chain cleaning intervals.
